Please note that it is illegal to operate a boat under the influence of alcohol or cannabis. Your reservation at Poplars Resort is your agreement that you will operate your boat, or our boat rentals, in accordance to the law. Poplars Resort does not take any responsibility for unlawful boat operation. For your safety and for the comfort of all of our guests, cannabis will not be permitted on the property of Poplars Resort. All rooms herein are non-smoking.
Rooms and boat rentals are reserved and used in good faith that they will not be damaged by anyone in your party. Please note the condition of the motor of your boat rental(s), especially the propeller, during Poplars’ staff tour. Any damage done to the boat and/or motor will result in repair charges.
Privacy
Please note that personal data will be stored once provided, and after termination of your stay, for the limitation period for legal actions that could result from it. Your information will not be sold or shared to a third party.
Providing photos you’ve taken of your stay to Poplars Resort gives your consent for Poplars to use the photo(s) for promotional purposes as they see fit.
Cancellations & Refunds
Your deposit guarantees that you will occupy the arranged room(s) for the dates noted. Notice of cancellation must be given prior to 30 days from your arrival date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Changes to length of stay must be made prior to 30 days from your arrival date. If your stay is shortened within 30 days of your scheduled trip, standard charges will be applied in addition to the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded. Refunds will be issued by original method of payment. Please contact for details.
