Good Customer Service on Fishing Rod

Most people who come here know of my fondness for new fishing equipment technology.  I have favourite rods by Shimano, Fenwick, E21, Arrius and others. I broke a 6'3” Fenwick Elite Tech Walleye jigging rod which was approx 4 years old and beauty rod for finesse worms and wacky fishing.  I went on Fenwick's website and found out they had a limited lifetime warranty on that model.  A call to a toll free line and an e-mail plus $10.50 had a new rod in my hands in less than two weeks.  Now that's a fishing rod company that cares about their product and customers.  There will be a few more Fenwicks in my collection soon.  Check them out at www.fenwickfishing.com
